"Thank you" and "I appreciate you".

When we hear "Words of Wisdom" from various gurus, we tend to think how right they are, yet we seldom change our behaviour to reflect their view-point.

I have been busy working on several articles dealing with Stress and its effects on our bodies, and have come across various articles and many "Words of Wisdom". I think that those which have said a lot to me, and which I am trying hard to make good habits, are those which speak of the difference  between "Happy Thoughts" and "Sad Thoughts".

My articles have taken me a few weeks, and are not yet complete, so I have had the opportunity to see what happens in my body when I think these thoughts, and observe the results.

"Sad Thoughts", or annoyed and angry thoughts invariably cause my heart to pound, my breathing to change, and the worst of thoughts to pour in. Until I take myself in hand, and deal with the problem itself, I simply cannot drop the subject.

But thoughts of happiness and joy, family, friends, sunshine and appreciation set my mind soaring, my heart singing and my thoughts to fill with fun and the happiest of plans.

So let's try to start and continue each day with the best possible thoughts, and let us make contact with our loved ones, and tell them how much we appreciate their place in our lives. Let's start by saying thank you for something to someone each and every day. In this way we can help our bodies to remain healthy and help others to feel appreciated and loved. What a wonderful two-handed gift!

Let's say "Thank you", "I appreciate you" ten and more times a day!
